New Dove  was sculpted to share a sense of hope and optimism.   It was based on an earlier piece that literally showed Noah's dove picking an olive leaf.    New Dove was made less narrative, but with a specific purpose.   I made it as a gift for a family who had lost a daughter to illness.   The dove seems to have a healing message, based on unsolicited letters I have received from grateful collectors.     (next sculpture)
